(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, met yesterday with the Executive Director of the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee, H E Michele Coninsx, and her accompanying delegation on the occasion of their visit to the country. They reviewed aspects of joint cooperation between the State of Qatar and the United Nations in the field of combating terrorism. H E the Executive Director of the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee praised Qatar's efforts in this regard and said that it is an active party in supporting global efforts to combat terrorism.
