Jordan, Kuwait seek further cooperation in investment


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Kuwait, Feb. 6 (Petra)-- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, along with his Kuwaiti counterpart sheikh Ahmed Al Sabah, stressed that Amman and Kuwait are working in line with a road map to increase economic, investment ,and educational cooperation.
The two top diplomats, in Kuwait, agreed to start arrangements for the higher committee meetings, chaired by the two minister, slated to be convened this year in Kuwait.
Safadi voiced appreciation for Kuwait's support to the Kingdom, commending the role of his counterpart in taking care of almost 61,000 Jordanian citizens residing there.
The crises in the Middle East region were figured high during talks between the two ministers, namely, the Palestinian cause, as the two sides stressed on the two-state-solution to end the conflict.
De-escalation in the Gulf region, asserting good neighbor policy, and avoiding intervention in other countries' internal affairs, were figured high during the talks between Safadi and Sheikh Al Sabah.
The crises in Iraq, and Syria were also figured high during the talks between the two ministers.
