Qatar- Father Amir offers condolences to Sultan of Oman
(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Muscat: The Father Amir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani offered condolences to HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq bin Taimur of Oman on the death of Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed bin Taimur at Al Alam Palace in Muscat this morning.
HH the Father Amir also offered condolences to Their Highnesses the members of the royal family, senior officials and dignitaries, praying to the Almighty Allah to have mercy on the soul of Sultan Qaboos and to rest it in paradise, and to grant patience and solace to his family.
HH the Father Amir arrived in the Sultanate of Oman earlier this morning, where he was greeted by HH Sayyid Fatik bin Fahar Al Said, HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar in the Sultanate of Oman Sheikh Jassim bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, and members of the Qatari embassy.
HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani left Muscat after offering condolences.
