Bangladesh- Biman receives two new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners


(MENAFN- Bangladesh Monitor) Dhaka: The national flag carrier Biman Bangladesh airlines is going to receive its fifth and sixth Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on December 21 and 24 respectively.
With the induction of these two new Dreamliners, the number of aircraft in Biman's fleet will be 18.
Prime Minister sheikh Hasina has named the two aircraft Sonar Tori and Achin Pakhi. The premier will be inducting the two new aircraft in Biman's fleet as well as inaugurate the official app of the airline on December 28.
The ultramodern Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner has 298 seat capacity, 30 in Business, 21 in Premium Economy and 247 in Economy.
Through Biman's app, passengers can purchase tickets for any flight and make payment through bkash, rocket and any other card. They can also find information on flight status, flight schedule, location of sales centers, online tickets, ticket booking and refund help desk accessing the app from any corner of earth.
