Morocco busts cannabis trafficking

Moroccan police said in a statement that they have busted an attempt to traffic 2.28 tons of cannabis in Fez city.

The drugs were hidden in a car, according to the statement, three suspects were apprehended.

One of the suspects started shooting at the police for resistance, the police shot back before apprehending the suspect, no one was injured in the clash.

The men are placed in custody, according to the police.
