Free-trade zone agreement between EEU and Iran
(MENAFN) Veronika Nikishina, a member of the ministerial board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), said that reduced export duties and zero customs barriers will put on a specific group of wares.
Food, textiles, building materials, and also Iranian vegetables and fruits will be part of speaial trade.
The EEC minister emphasized that the free-trade system will apply exclusively to civilian goods, and that the Iranian market is of great interest to business of the EEU countries.
EEU has this kind of agreement only with Vietnam so far.
Singapore has signed an agreement to establish preferential trade relations on 1 October and similar agreement is scheduled to be signed on 25 October with Serbia.
