The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), in partnership with Powderhouse Productions, will premiere ‘The Great Build’ on Discovery Channel. ‘The Great Build’ documents Ithra’s years-long journey from conception, creation and construction with in-depth interviews, designs and footage featuring the architects, designers and engineers responsible for creating one of the region’s most recognizable cultural landmarks.
Discovery Channel will air the one-off blue-chip documentary, ‘The Great Build’, on October 8, 2019 at 10:40pm on OSN channel 500, revealing the complexities and engineering milestones involved in Ithra’s 10-year construction.
