(MENAFN) Tunisia reviewed with the United States means to strengthen and expand their bilateral ties and achieve growth in the strategic partnership between the two sides.
Discussions were held between in Tunisia between Interim President Mohamed Ennaceur and U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs David Schenker.
Cooperation between Tunisia and the U.S. were highlighted by the interim president during the meeting as strong and tough.
Ennaceur added "Tunisia is working to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries, so as to achieve its development and stability."
