Morocco to boost regional infrastructure
(MENAFN) The Moroccan government is spending USD1 billion over the next two years to enhance regional infrastructure along with securing equitable and balanced development.
Prime Minister Saadeddine Othmani affirmed that the government is determined to back Moroccan regions in line with the Finance Act of 2019.
According to the prime minister, the government will boost the income tax and company taxes in the regions to reach 5 percent from 4 percent.
Othmani further added that the government's objective is founded on the regions' part in economic and social development.
