Afghanistan- Taliban's shadowy district chief arrested in Balkh
(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok):Taliban 
's designated administrative chief for Chahar Bolak district of northern Balkh province has been arrested by security forces, the Afghan military said on Saturday.
In a statement, the Afghan National Army's 209 Shaheen Military Corps said the shadow district chief,Mullah Izzatullah, was detained last night in Chahar Bolak district. He had been under chase.
Mullah Izzatullah was detained along with four companions who were currently with the Shaheen Military Corps, the statement said.
However, a reliable source said the brother of Taliban's shadowy district had been arrested along with five others.
The Taliban have so far said nothing in this regard.
