Sri Lanka- Death toll from extreme weather increases
(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) The death toll from the extreme weather experienced in most parts of the country increase to nine today.
The Disaster Management Centre said that 548 people have been affected by the weather so far.
Among those killed are those swept away in flash floods, falling trees and landslides.
