Kuwaiti beaten, arrests ordered
(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, July 18: The Ahmadi Attorney-General has ordered the arrest of the five suspects, including a police captain in the Ministry of Interior, who allegedly beat a Kuwaiti citizen mercilessly at a farmhouse in Kabad over some differences between the victim and another Kuwaiti, reports Al-Anba daily.
A security source said the victim has been admitted to the Adan Hospital in serious condition. Police are waiting to record the testimony of the victim after his condition permits. A medical report confirmed the victim was exposed to flagrant abuse and beating.
