(MENAFN- Bangladesh Monitor) Dhaka: Banglalink has announced the launch of the third edition of Banglalink Ennovators, a competition for innovative youngsters aspiring to become successful future professionals at a press conference held today at Tiger's Den, Banglalink's Headquarter.
Qazi Urfi Ahmad, Director, Brands and Communications Director, Monzula Morshed, Chief, Human Resources and Administration and Ayesha Saeed, Head of Talent Management from Banglalink were present on the occasion among other high officials.
'As one of the leading digital services providers, Banglalink has always been committed to making significant contributions to youth empowerment through digital initiaitives. The success of the previous editions of Banglalink Ennovators clearly demonstrates the relevance of such a competition. We want to empower the youth by giving them more opportunities as we believe that, when they are provided with necessary support, they can surely succeed in the corporate area,' said Qazi Urfi Ahmad, Director, Brands and Communications, Banglalink.
The competition aims to enhance their abilities further through grooming, boot-camp sessions, workshops and many other activities. Following a rigorous selection process, the winning team will be awarded an opportunity to visit Banglalink's parent company Veon's Headquarter in Amsterdam and a direct entry to the Assessment Center of Strategic Assistant Program of Banglalink.
The first and the second runners-up team will also get direct entry to the programme along with attractive prizes.
In addition, all the members of the top five teams will directly qualify for Banglalink's Advanced Internship Program (AIP) and get opportunity to participate in Banglalink's Learn from Startups and Campus to Corporate programmes.
Students from any UGC approved university can participate in Banglalink Ennovators by completing the online registration on https://ennovators.banglalink.net. The registration phase will be open from July 15 to August 31. Roadshows and campus activities will be carried out in more than fifty universities across the country.
