Jordan- JCC president highlights importance of King

Amman, June 19 (Petra)--President of Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC) Nael Kabariti said that His Majesty King Abdullah's a visit to Singapore lays the foundation of stronger economic ties between the two countries.
In a press statement on Wednesday, he praised King Abdullah's efforts to promote investment opportunities in the Kingdom and extend bridges of cooperation with various international economic blocs.
Kabariti said that the royal visit would pave the way for businessmen in both countries to enhance contacts and look into the available opportunities, which would positively reflect on trade exchange and the establishment of joint projects.
He stressed the need to build on the free trade agreement signed between Jordan and Singapore since 2004, which helps to open new markets for exports of both countries, and strengthens the trade exchange between them.
