Lebanon, China to bolster economic ties
(MENAFN) Lebanon explored with China means to expand their bilateral relations and cooperation within a range of areas, specifically in economy and trade.
Discussions on economic cooperation were held between Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon Wang Kejian and Lebanese lawmakers.
According to the envoy, "we have discussed with Lebanese lawmakers ways of boosting cooperation between the two countries in areas of economy, trade, infrastructure, construction and culture."
Wang further addressed the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) as well as the historical growth witnessed in Lebanese-Chinese bilateral ties.
