Arab leaders gather for ‘iftar’ at Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce

(MENAFN- Editorial) The Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) recently invited prominent religious and community figures for a special Iftar event in São Paulo, Brazil. It was the third Iftar event that was organized and hosted by the ABCC in the South American country. Representatives from key Arab organizations, diplomats, and ABCC directors were among the top attendees of the gathering. During his welcome speech, Rubens Hannun, President of ABCC, praises for all Muslims with the observe the holy month of Ramadan. ABCC said it is the best time to unite and bring together everyone. As part of its mission, the chamber also emphasized the importance of raising awareness about Ramadan to build a shared experience during its observance.
