Myanmar: 8 fishermen drown in boat incident
(MENAFN) Local police force revealed that 8 fishermen have died in a boat capsizal in sea off Myanmar's Yangon region.
The eight bodies were discovered on the beach 9.6 km east of the Mee Laung creek, Nant Thar Myaing village of Thongwa township.
Survivor helmsmen revealed that the victims went fishing by two boats on Sunday noon and got trapped in the whirlwind that damaged their boats while they were catching fish in the sea.
The victims drowned with no external wounds, according to examination.
