50 captivated migrants saved by Greek police


(MENAFN) Greek Police declared that have rescued 50 migrants, who have been captivated in northern Greece, by two Pakistani men who were demanding money from their families.

Police added that several hostages were unwell, for receiving minimal food and water.

One man was taken to hospital for pneumonia and dehydration.

The migrants included 38 Pakistanis, 10 Bangladeshis and two Sri Lankans, whom have been held in a complex of dumped buildings east of the city of Thessaloniki, where most of them were captured six day ago, as some of them came shortly after.
