Jordan- CID arrest two suspected of robbing JOD12,000

Amman, May 21 (Petra) -- The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on Tuesday arrested three men who stole JOD12,000 from an employee of a private company in Amman.
The CID said in a statement that an employee in one of Amman's companies had lodged a complaint that he was robbed an amount of JOD12,000 at gunpoint by three men who drove off after the incident.
After immediate investigations, police managed to determine the whereabouts of one of the perpetrators and arrested him along with another accomplice with some JOD3,000 in their possession.
Both men confessed to the robbery, the CID said, adding that investigations are still underway to locate the third man.
