Omani embassy in Iraq to reopen
(MENAFN) Iraq's Foreign Ministry announced on Saturday that Oman reached a resolution for its embassy in Baghdad to reopen.
Omani Foreign Minister Yusuf bin Alawi informed his Iraqi counterpart Mohamed Alhakim of the decision in a message, the ministry confirmed in a statement.
According to the ministry, "Iraq sees this step reflecting keenness of our brothers in Oman to deepen the brotherly relations between the two countries."
It further added that through this step, the joint Arab action will be strengthened as the region unites.
