France: gunman holds 5 people captive
(MENAFN) Local media revealed that an armed man has held five people as captives in a tobacco store in Blagnac, a town near Toulouse, southwestern France.
France 3 TV declared that security forces have blocked off the area and elite RAID police officers are at the site.
The gunman has reportedly requested to talk with a negotiator and warned to gun down a hostage if the security perimeter is not withdrawn.
