He brings more than 25 years of experience to the position having held regional and national health care marketing and business development positions at several distinguished health care organizations, including Alliance Healthcare Services and Winchester Hospital.

"I've been fortunate to work within many different aspects of the health care industry, but from a young age I've always enjoyed interacting with seniors," says Merry. "At this point in my life and career I want to be able to make a difference and am excited to connect and build relationships with seniors and their families on a deeper level."

Prior to joining Benchmark, Merry was the director of community business development for Home Health Foundation, one of the largest and most respected home care agencies in Massachusetts, where he oversaw the development and implementation of strategic, agency-wide marketing and sales plans to maintain and grow collaborative relationships within the medical community. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He is married with a daughter, and in his spare time enjoys barefoot water skiing.
