Ximena is an experienced businessperson who was CEO and Founder of Sierra Morena Development Co., LLC, a real estate development company concentrating on international projects. Prior to Sierra Morena, Ximena was Founder of an investment management firm which catered to high net worth individuals and Senior Vice President Institutional Sales at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey and Co, (now FBR Capital Markets).
Throughout her career, Ximena has been driven by the client experience and at Epsilon, is dedicated to achieving complete client success and satisfaction in all aspects of the process. She holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University and is a native speaker of English and Spanish.
