Greek FM says Turkey has E. Med energy rights
(MENAFN) Greek Foreign Minister George Katrougalos announced the country to have recognized Turkey's rights in energy resources within the eastern Mediterranean.
Both Greece and Turkey have joined hands to bring calm to the region, the Greek foreign minister affirmed during a news conference with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu.
Katrougalos affirmed "we know that Turkey has certain rights regarding energy resources in the eastern Mediterranean."
He further added that Turkey enjoys rights under international maritime law, with his country fully "aware" of the matter.
