Cambodia jumps 1.9 percent in milled rice exports
(MENAFN) Cambodia recorded a 1.9 percent boost in its milled rice exports in January and February 2019, standing at 112,486 tons.
Secretariat of One Window Service for Rice Export issued a report, uncovering China as the main destination for Cambodian rice.
During the first two months of this year, Cambodian rice to China reached 43,452 tons to mark a 32 percent jump.
However, the country registered a 33 percent drop in its rice exports to European countries following tariffs the EU slapped against Cambodian rice.
