(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) WASHINGTON, Feb 27 (KUNA) -- The Kuwaiti Embassy in Washington DC held Tuesday evening a reception at the Trump International Hotel to mark the country's 58th National Day and 28th Liberation Day.
The reception was attended by top senior officials, including Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson, Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar and Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway.
Kuwait Ambassador to the US Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah congratulated His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, as well as the government and people of Kuwait on the national occasions.
