Sierra Leone eyes investments from Iran's private sector


(MENAFN) Sierra Leone is seeking to gain investments from the Iranian private sector in areas of education and health.

The statement was made by Sierra Leone Ambassador to Iran Alimamy Kamara during talks with Masoud Khansari, Head of Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA).

According to the envoy, Iran's private sector is able to aid Sierra Leone in its efforts to develop its health centers along with boosting its hospitals.

Kamara added that Sierra Leone could strengthen its exports of Iranian oil seeds and cacao along with minerals for accelerating bilateral trade.
