Princess Rima bint Bandar named as Saudi Ambassador to US


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RIYADH, Feb 23 (KUNA) -- On behalf of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy King and Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued three royal orders on Saturday.
The first order appointed Princess Rima bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United States of America with the rank of minister, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
A second order appointed Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Deputy Minister of Defense with the rank of minister.
The third provides for the payment of a month's salary reward to the military personnel serving in the frontlines of the military actions on the southern borders of the Kingdom. (end) mdm.gb
