Saudi deal inked for digital Umrah platforms
(MENAFN) Saudi Arabian Airlines' General Organization inked a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah on facilitating Umrah.
Under the agreement, the two sides will be joining hands in setting up digital platforms for Umrah along with launching new destinations aimed at boosting traffic.
The move comes as part of the Saudi Vision 2030 which targets welcoming 30 million Umrah performers.
The deal also enables Saudi Airlines to take part in the central reservation engine of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in order to provide direct services.
