Greece seizes huge quantities of drugs in port

(MENAFN) The Greek national news agency AMNA revealed that a huge quantity of Captagon amphetamine pills, popular among ISIS militants, was discovered in a container at Piraeus port.

Greek authorities have not confirmed the announcement yet.

AMNA added that the pills were concealed in lead pipes, and the shipment had reached port in Greece from the Middle East, probably from Syria, two days ago.

The pills were found amid a joint raid by the Attica Police's anti-narcotics squad and their
Turkish counterpart, with the support of the Hellenic Coast Guard, the Greek Financial Crimes Squad (SDOE) and customs authorities.
