Greece: death toll of cold front reaches 3
(MENAFN) Local authorities declared that the fatality number of the cold front which has been ripping Greece in the first days of the new year reached three on Sunday.
A Fire Brigade confirmed that Firemen recovered the bodies of two men, aged 66 and 67, at the outskirts of Keratea town, 30 km southeast of Athens.
On Saturday, search squads also discovered the corpse of a woman, aged 66, the wife of one of the victims.
They were all passengers of a car when a heavy storm struck the area on Thursday.
