SULTAN NAZRIN SHAH PRESENTING THE INSTRUMENT OF APPOINTMENT TO FEDERAL COURT JUDGE DATUK NALINI PATHMANATHAN. KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 26 -- Malaysia's Deputy Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Nazrin Shah on Monday presented the instruments of appointment to four judges of the Federal Court and five judges of the Court of Appeal at Istana Negara. The five Court of Appeal judges were Datuk Lau Bee Lan; Datuk Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah; Datuk Yew Jen Kie; Datuk Nor Bee Ariffin and Datuk Has Zanah Mehat. The presentation of the instruments of appointment and audience were held in the Singgahsana Kecil (Minor Throne Room) of Istana Negara. Chief Justice Tan Sri Richard Malanjum; Attorney-General Tommy Thomas and Chief Secretary to the Government Datuk Seri Dr Ismail Bakar were also present at the event.
