UAE- RAPP's Development Continues as New Crm Director Joanna Witsch Joins the Mena Team
Having started her career over 10 years ago in loyalty marketing, Joanna originally found her passion for CRM by working within the campaign management department of a leading European business. Later, Joanna moved from Poland to the UK to lead one of the UK's most successful loyalty programs, at London Heathrow Airport, for a number of years.
With progression and advancement at the heart of Joanna's career, she went on to become a Senior CRM consultant for multinational software organization, Comarch. During this time Joanna worked on CRM solutions and worked with prominent clients such as Vingroup in Vietnam, Etihad Guest in Abu Dhabi and Carrefour in Belgium. Creating, transforming and leading these customer focused programs, has truly made Joanna a global expert in the areas of loyalty and customer journey optimization. She now brings this experience to RAPP where she is committed to bringing a new wave of expertise and energy to the agency's CRM offering to their clients across the region.
Along with Joanna joining the RAPP team, the Middle Eastern and African branch will also welcome a new Performance Manager, driving sales funnel performance and lead optimisation, a new Senior Account Director to oversee operations, as well as proudly announcing the promotion of Vana Theofanidou to Head of Strategy.
