Over 35,000 measles cases recorded in Ukraine in 2018 Health Ministry
Director General of the Center of the PublicHealth Center at the Health Ministry ofUkraine Volodymyr Kurpita said this at a press conference, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
'As of October 26, 35,233 people have fallen with measles since the beginning of the year, including 21,468 children. A total of 22,995 people that contracted measles had not been vaccinated, he said.
According to him, the largest number of measles cases was recorded in Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions.
