Oman- 73 women arrested for prostitution in Muscat

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The ROP has arrested 73 women on charges of prostitution and labour law violation in Muscat. The Muscat Police Command and the Special Task Force arrested these expatriate women for violation of the labour law and on charges of prostitution.

Of the arrested, 66 were Asians and seven Africans. Four other Asians were also arrested on charges of human trafficking in connection with the case. All accused have been referred to the Public Prosecution for further investigation, the ROP said.
