Kuwaitis in Oman advised to be cautious over cyclone Luban
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MUSCAT, Oct 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti citizens in Oman have been advised against impact of the incoming cyclone Luban.
The State of Kuwait Embassy in the Sultanate, in a statement on Thursday, urged the Kuwaiti nationals in the Sultanate, particularly in Dhofar, Al-Wasta and Salalah, to take precautions due to prospected incoming of the cyclone.
Cyclone Luban is expected to hit southern parts of Oman and Yemeni islands.
The embassy is reachable on the phone numbers: 0096824699626, 0096824696095, 0096824696097 and 0096892870055.
In May, Cyclone Mekunu killed at least 30 people in southern Oman and the Yemeni island of Socotra.(end) ma.haq
