Azerbaijan to showcase Tufan armored fighting vehicle at ADEX

Azerbaijan's home-made armored fighting vehicle Tufan will be showcased at the ADEX 2018, the 3rd Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition, to be opened in Baku Sept. 25, Deputy Minister of Defense Industry Yahya Musayev said at a press conference Sept. 24.
'After the final tests are completed, Tufan's production will begin,' he said.
Musayev noted that the exhibition will become the biggest defense exhibition in the region.
He said 224 companies will be represented at the exhibition.
'Ministers of six countries, heads of companies and committees of 11 countries will take part in the opening of the exhibition,' Musayev said. 'More than 260 types of military products will be demonstrated at the exhibition.'
