Myanmar flight makes emergency landing over cracked windshield


(MENAFN) The Home Affairs Ministry declared that a flight belonging to Myanmar's domestic airline, Air KBZ, was forced to land over reports of a cracked windshield.

The ATR-72 plane carried 42 passengers, with ten foreigners among them, while it departed from Thandwe airport in western Rakhine state to Yangon.

The passengers were placed in hotels in close Ngapali beach for a single-night stay.
