Jordan- Government condemns terrorist attack in Tunisia
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, July 8(Petra)-- The government on Sunday condemned the cowardly terrorist act that targeted a Tunisian National Guard's patrol in Jenduba province killing and injuring a number of security personnel.
Minister of State for Media Affairs and Government Spokesman Jumana Ghneimat expressed the Jordanian government condemnation of this cowardly terrorist act, stressing that Jordan stands by Tunisia in its efforts to counter the threat of terrorism and its gangs.
The minister also affirmed that this terrorist act requires concerted efforts by the international community to uproot terrorism, which claims lives of innocent victims.
The Minister offered condolences to families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
