(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, June 19: Worshippers at Al-Zeben Mosque in Salmiya were surprised when they noticed a camera drone filming above them while they were performing Eid Al-Fitr prayers, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The worshippers were worried that the drone might belong to a terrorist.

One of the worshippers told the daily that after he inquired about the issue, he was informed the drone belongs to another worshipper. When he asked the Muezzin and the Imam, they said they had no idea about the drone. He pointed out the owner of the drone followed the 'de facto' policy when he performed his own rituals and started filming them. He asked about the role of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, which should monitor and prevent such violations, especially since everyone knows this mosque witnessed terrorist operations in the past.
