This was reported by the press service of the head of the Ukrainian state on Saturday.
"Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko stressed the importance of early release of Ukrainian political prisoners held in Russia and the occupied territories. The head of the Ukrainian state drew attention to the hunger strike launched by Ukrainians and expressed concern over deterioration of their health," the report reads.
