Tunisia's President: any gov't change must be approved by parliament"

The final point on the cabinet reshuffle of the second version of the Carthage Pact remains to be settled.
In July 2016, the Carthage Pact was signed to approve the current national unity
government led by Prime Minister Youssef Chahed.
The agreement defined government priorities, such as fighting terrorism, boosting employment, fighting corruption, controlling financial balances, and implementing effective social policy.
"In any case, we can't do anything without the parliament," said Essebsi.
