Jordan- King attends army Iftar banquet

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, May.21 (Petra) -- His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, accompanied by HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, on Monday, attended an Iftar banquet hosted by the General Command of the JAF.

Upon his arrival at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center, King Abdullah was received by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff, Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat.

The banquet was attended by a number of princes, the King's advisor and office director, directors of security departments, and a number of officers, members of the armed forces and security agencies.

His Majesty and the attendees performed Maghreb prayers at the center.
