Morocco: PM launch dialogue of Justice and Development Party
(MENAFN) On Sunday, Morocco's Prime Minister Saadeddine Al-Othmani announced the launch of an internal dialogue of the Justice and Development Party which is intended to overcome differences between its members.
Al-Othmani said out that one of the main objectives of the dialogue is to overcome some differences and imbalances within the party.
He stressed that "the aim behind the dialogue is also to sort out a collective vision."this vision will enable the party to adopt new ideas at the intellectual, methodological, and educational level....The developing events that have occurred inside the party indicate the need to for scrutiny and change at the intellectual and educational levels."
The Moroccan Justice and Development Party (AKP) has been engaged in an ongoing debate for four years. It revolves around the need to elect a new secretary-general and new team to lead the party.
