Jordan, Macedonia discuss higher education cooperation
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, April 18 (Petra)-Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Adel Tweisi, on Wednesday discussed with the Vice- President of the FON University in Macedonia, Safer Canoski, ways to carry out joint scientific projects.
During the meeting, Tweisi said Jordan's universities have achieved high levels in academic classification, accreditation and quality of education, calling on the Macedonian students to pursue degrees in the country's higher educational institutions, especially in medicine, engineering, communication and information technology.
Canoski, for his part, called on the Jordanian higher education ministry to accredit his institution and other Macedonian universities, and to enhance mutual academic and scientific cooperation.
