Manama, Rajab 23, 1439, April 09, 2018, SPA -- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani has expressed strong condemnation of the chemical attack on the city of Douma, East Ghouta in Syria, which left dozens of civilian casualties among them children and women.
The Secretary General called for intensifying international efforts to stop this barbaric war, urging to exert extra efforts to protect the civilians from armed conflicts and to provide access to deliver humanitarian aid to innocent people based on the UN Security Council Resolution 2254.
