Equestrian associations in Qatar have joined their hands to hold a festival at Souq Waqif that began yesterday. A family event, the Souq Waqif Equestrian Festival will be on till April 14.

Beginning at 4pm, horse lovers will get a chance to watch an Arabian horse show, a horse auction as well as show jumping competition where some of the best young riders and national champions will showcase their talents while riding on a horse.

The festival is free and open to all.
