Korea Line places ship order with Daewoo Shipbuilding
(MENAFN) Korea Line Corp. has declared that it has placed an order of 187.1 billion won for two massive crude carriers with Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co.
The carriers, which can hold 300,000 tons of crude oil each, will be used to transport crude for a South Korean refiner.
The deal came weeks after the midsized South Korean shipping company placed an order worth 185.6 billion won for two very large crude carriers with Hyundai Heavy Industries Co.
