Bahraini police patrol arson attack suspects arrested

MANAMA, 23rd March, 2018 (WAM) -- The Director-General of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science in Bahrain announced today the arrest of seven individuals suspected of being involved in the arson of a police patrol at the entrance of Deraz on Wednesday, March 21.
One policeman sustained a minor injury during the attack.
Bahrain News Agency quoted the Director-General of Criminal Investigation as saying that the crime scene and other security teams had deployed to the scene, and that investigations led to identifying and arresting the suspects.
Cameras with clips on the attack's implementation phases were seized in addition to some other evidence.
He said that legal proceedings are being taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
