Israeli forces arrest Palestinian at Beit Hanoun crossing in Gaza

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Ramallah, March 22 (Petra) - Israeli Occupation forces late Wednesday arrested a Palestinian citizen at the Beit Hanoun crossing (Erez) in the northern Gaza Strip.
Head of the Documentation and Studies Unit at the Detainees and Ex-detainees Committee, Abdel Nasser Farwana, Thursday said in a statement that the occupation troops arrested Hassan Shamia from Gaza, who was summoned yesterday morning for interrogation by the occupation authorities.
The Palestinian Liaison was informed Wednesday evening that Shamia is under arrest, the statement added.
Shamia is the third citizen, that was arrested by the Israeli soldiers at the Beit Hanoun crossing in a week, Farwana said .
